Mobile Application Development

The Mobile application development is the set of the processes and the procedures involved in writing software for small, wireless computing devices such as the  smartphones and tablets. then more people access the web via mobile devices than from personal computers. As the a number of devices expands dramatically, users there are becoming accustomed to having both web and the computing access via small, mobile devices and phones. This has resulted in the a significant increase in demand for the  developers with experience using multiple platforms such as iOS and Android.  At the same time, the growth in the popularity of cloud computing has been increased the ability for these devices to perform functions that previously required computation power unavailable on mobile devices. The latest mobile devices and applications are changing the way we communicate, do business, and access news and entertainment. Businesses, consumers and programmers have embraced this innovative medium, making mobile application developer one of the most demanded and fastest growing IT career paths.

The mobile application development is similar to Web application development and has its roots in more traditional software development. Then critical difference, however, is that mobile applications (apps) are often the  written specifically to take advantage of the unique features a particular mobile device offers. That way to ensure that applications show optimum performance on a given device is to develop the application (app) natively on that device. This means that at a very low level, the code is written specifically for the processor in a particular device. When an app needs to run on multiple operating systems, however, there is little if any  code that can be reused from the initial development.  The application must essentially be rewritten for each specific device.

In the future, it's expected that a majority of mobile application development efforts will focus on creating browser-based applications that are device-agnostic. Then browser based applications are simply websites that are built for mobile browsers. Such sites are built to load quickly over a cellular network and have finger-friendly navigation. This is very important to understand because when making an application for mobile app development on the various mobile platforms you cannot just make one app and port it over to the next platform. In addition you must consider what application stores you wish to have your mobile application highlighted in. Each mobile application store has its own requirements most mobile applications must meet outside the requirements for the mobile platform. For more
